Terms of Service for Poppins Shop
Welcome to Poppins Shop. By commissioning an artwork or purchasing a print, you are entering into a professional agreement with our Saigon-based atelier. Please review these terms carefully.
1. The Nature of Our Craft
Artistic Interpretations: Whether you choose our Master Print Collection (Epson P9530 Giclée) or our Hand-Painted Studio Collection (Oil on Canvas), you are purchasing a custom-made reproduction.
The “North Star” Guarantee: We use high-definition reference images as our guide. However, because our Studio Collection is hand-painted, slight artistic variations may occur.
Digital vs. Physical: Please note that screen calibrations vary. The physical depth of oil paint and the texture of our 320 GSM Italian cotton canvas will always differ slightly from a backlit digital monitor.
2. Custom Commissions & Production Timelines
Quality Takes Time: Fine art cannot be rushed. Hand-painted works require approximately five weeks for painting and essential drying time.
Definitive Orders: Once our artists begin work on your custom commission, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.
3. Shipping, Taxes, and Delivery
Logistics: We utilize premium couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
Import Duties: *
USA: Generally, art imports are duty-free.
International/Europe: The recipient is responsible for any local VAT or import duties (typically $20–$30 USD).
The “Inspect Before Signing” Rule: You must inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the art is compromised, refuse the delivery. This allows us to claim insurance and begin your replacement immediately.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our work, Poppins Shop does not offer “change of mind” refunds. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work tirelessly to ensure the final piece meets our Museum Quality standards.

At Poppins Shop, we respect your privacy as much as we respect the arts. We collect only the information necessary to move your masterpiece from our easel to your wall.
1. Information We Collect
Order Details: Name, shipping address, and email for order updates.
Artistic Preferences: Any specific high-resolution images or color requests you provide for custom work.
2. How Your Data is Used
Production & Shipping: Your address is shared only with our premium couriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL) to facilitate delivery.
Communication: We may email you regarding your order status or provide a tracking number upon request.
3. Your Rights: Access & Data Deletion
We believe you should have total control over your digital footprint. As a Poppins Shop customer, you have the following rights:
The Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold regarding your orders.
The Right to Deletion: You may request that we permanently delete your personal information and order history from our active databases.
How to Request Deletion: To exercise your right to be forgotten, please contact us via our Contact Page or simply reply to your Order Confirmation email with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 3 days, subject to any legal requirements for tax and accounting record-keeping.
4. Payment Security
We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are handled via a 100% secure, encrypted payment platform. Your purchase is protected for 6 months under our payment processor’s security protocols.
5. International Jurisdiction
As a shop based in Saigon, Vietnam, we adhere to local privacy standards while striving to meet the data protection expectations of our US and European clientele (including GDPR and CCPA principles where applicable).
